ELDER SERVICES
The South Asian Elder Wellness Assistance (S.E.W.A.) program provides crucial support for senior citizens, especially those facing challenges related to aging, isolation, and health concerns. Our services aim to help seniors live independently for as long as possible while maintaining their dignity and well-being. We offer in-house assistance to help seniors with gaining access to public benefits, financial aid, and resources for other forms of assistance. We can also offer transportation services to help seniors get to medical appointments, grocery stores, and social events. Our program addresses social isolation by organizing recreational activities, community events, and support groups to help seniors stay engaged and connected. Health and wellness services, including referrals to healthcare providers, are also provided. Financial and legal assistance, such as helping seniors access benefits like Social Security and Medicaid, is available as well. All these services are offered in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Español, and Bengali, making it easier for elderly individuals to access care in their preferred language and ensuring that they receive culturally sensitive services.
