Support Group

Our support group is meant for survivors of domestic violence, to have a safe space to talk. Speakers are invited, every Tuesday to speak about different topics, to give more strength, have open discussions and empower survivors. This includes psychotherapy, psycho education, yoga, meditation, art therapy, self-defense classes, open discussions and so much more. These sessions take place in the SAHARA office.
