Chai Time for Older Adults
SAHARA holds a monthly gathering of older adults, a circle of sharing where we get together to drink chai, support each other, have fun and talk about how to manage stress. It is held on every second Thursday at the SAHARA office.

Public Benefits Workshop
Join SAHARA at the Islamic Society of West Valley on January 10th to learn more about Medi-CAL, Medi-CARE, Covered California, CalFresh (Food Stamps) and Access Services. This event is free and open to everyone, seniors are encouraged to attend. Our support group is meant for survivors of domestic violence, to have a safe space to talk. Speakers are invited, every Tuesday to speak about different topics, to give more strength, have open discussions and empower survivors.
